- Responsible to the company’s management for preparing and implementing the strategy of the commercial marketing department and then the marketing management strategy, where the most prominent results are summarized as follows:
- Preparing the annual budget for the D.M department,
- Preparing the manual guide for the tasks and work of the Commercial Marketing and the D.M Department,
- Designing work models and job descriptions for admin. and field positions within the organizational structure of the D.M Department,
- Preparing an ambassadors guide to respond to customer inquiries,
- In coordination with the HR Department, interviewing applicants for temporary jobs in the D.M Department, selecting and training work teams in the stages of launching ONE Cash e-wallet services in the market in the two stages (Appolo1 & Appolo2), as these were the most prominent tasks carried out during the period from 2020 to May 2021 are:
- Interviewing more than 2, 190 applicants for D.M jobs (supervisors and ambassadors)
- Conducting assessments of applicants in the first stage,
- Conducting tests for those qualified for the second stage (more than 220 qualified candidates) with the aim of measuring capabilities, skills, and field work behaviors and selecting the best candidates for field work jobs (ONE Cash brand ambassadors and ambassador supervisors),
- Choosing the best and most suitable according to the evaluations and availability of applicants - Training them with a specially prepared program on the importance of financial inclusion and e-money wallets,
- Preparing and implementing training programs for the team of supervisors and ambassadors that aim to introduce them to the vision and mission of the ONE Cash brand, and the competitive advantages of the One Cash e-money wallet, in addition to providing them skills effective communication when dealing with different types of target customers,
training them on the work mechanism in accordance with the company’s policy and the requirements of the Central Bank of Yemen (K.Y.C policy), which must be followed when opening new accounts - the client’s wallet,
- Launching the expansion phase of the team by visiting new cities with the aim of interviewing applicants, choosing the appropriate team (supervisors and ambassadors):
- Visiting and inaugurating the work of the D.M team in the city of Amran, Hajjah and Al Mahwit - June 2023,
- Visiting and inaugurating the work of the D.M team in the city of Hodeidah - September 2023,
- Visiting and inaugurating the work of the D.M team in the city of Ibb Dhamar - June 2024,
- Preparing plans and supervising the team’s implementation of direct marketing campaigns in various governorates, which contributed to achieving positive and effective access to target groups in many government agencies (ministries - institutions and bodies), private and mixed sector companies, and many organizations, as they were added as new clients through opening Activating new accounts for them and building their loyalty towards the ONE Cash brand,
The most prominent results were:
- Adding more than 12, 240 new customers during the months of November and December 2022,
- Adding more than 145 thousand new customers during 2023,
- Added more than 85, 000 new customers from January to June 2024,
- The percentage of active customers (using the wallet) reached more than 91%.
Carrying out a market study of competitors - e-money wallets monitoring their market movements (adv.campaigns - prom.- prices) and conducting (S.O.W.T) analysis of the most prominent ones and submitting reports to management,
- Designing a new program under the name: “Compete, ” which aims to enhance the performance of the ambassadors’ team and motivate them to achieve the best results and exceed the goals set by the company’s management.
- Designing a new marketing program to target an important group of customers, male and female students and professors at private universities and private institutes.
