 Participation in installation of new Chinese extractor with capacity of 1200
ton/day with foreign experts and member of startup team.
 Responsible for continues process optimization.
 Support and assist maintenance team in troubleshooting difficult
breakdowns and chronic equipment failures and supervising maintenance
team at night shift.
 Lead team of supervisors, technicians and workers to achieve production
plan with high quality and minimum downtimes.
 Planning for factory shutdown tasks and implementing in time.
 Studying minimize losses by controlling the process and improving process
quality.
 Reporting to plant manager directly.
 Monitoring all raw material and power (electricity, diesel, water …)
consumption and control it to reach optimum point.
 Monitoring performance of machines and team work.
