• Check and verify the interim payments & and final accounts of the Contractors.
• Check and verify quantities estimations for Contracts & Procurement department.
• Assessment of variation requests for contractors works.
• Overview visit to sites to ensure that payments match the progress of work on the site.
• Provide input for the weekly and monthly reports as necessary.
•Participate in value Engineering workshops for the new projects.
• Accurately measuring and pricing project items using Contract drawings, specifications and Bill of Quantities.
• Audit & verify payments to Contractors.
• Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
• Review and verify of quantities of revised BOQs.
• Overview visit to the site and check all claims in respect of their validity, correction and value.
• Make sure that all interim payment certificates have supporting documentation which proves the correctness and authentic of payment procedure.
• Prepare Cost reports for Weekly and monthly reports.
• Check and verify final accounts of the contractor.
• Participate in value Engineering workshops for new items in the project.
• Accurately measuring and pricing project items using Contract drawings, specifications and Bill of Quantities.
• Review and verify of quantities of revised BOQs.
• Audit and verify of monthly payments submitted by the contractor.
• Coordinate with the project engineers regarding the value of works done on site.
• Ensure that NCRS are closed before entering a work for which NCR is issued.
• Involve in preparation of Weekly and monthly reports to the client.
• Evaluation of the Variation requests submitted by the contractor and negotiation with the contractor for any discrepancy in costs.
• Check and verify final accounts of the contractor.
• Preparing bills of quantities for new Projects.
• Develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labor calculations
• Carry out quantity take-off for all civil, architectural and MEP works from the drawings.
• Submit and follow up project transactions on the Proliance system (PMIS).
• Prepare projects Invoices and get approval from the consultant engineer.
• Prepare subcontractors Invoices.
• Prepare request for variation documents, calculations and get approval from the consultant engineer.
• Review shop drawings and submit to get approval from consultant engineer.
• Implementation of the project construction works according to the shop drawing, project schedule, budget and specifications
• Submit construction works for inspection and get approval from the consultant engineer.
• Inspect subcontractors works and submit them for approval of the consultant engineer.
