-Support network inventory build, run-down and product change-over (phase in/ phase out) according to the product line change management process.
- Support plan for inventory builds associated with activities such as promotions, plant engineering projects, system upgrades or production outages
• Lead Empty packages quality stewardship a, following up with 3rd party suppliers on execution of corrective- preventive actions
• Lead the implementation of Empty packages strategy as outlined by Egypt Supply Manager with the support of Zone packaging advisors and procurement
• Provide monthly labels reconciliation data to Egypt plants and lead/ coordinate semi-annual cycle count to be conducted at empty package suppliers with the support of Egypt plants resources
• Develop new suppliers for existing, and conceptual products.
• Define methods and supply parameters and communicate the Production Floor
• Anticipate and inform on any supply issues on components to minimize impact on production
• Work on medium term strategy with suppliers to ensure awareness of any capacity issues

- Record daily KPI for the segment/ special events that can influence the planning/ all supply disruptions.

- Ensure good communication with hauliers/ sales/ fleet/ credit.
- Monitor the network table for any discrepancies and report all missing/ incorrect data.
- Regularly monitor sales trend and adapt sales forecast accordingly, in order to avoid LOV's/Diversions and run-outs and Performing frequent operational changes

During this period attended an Operational integrated Management System (OIMS) training that ensures high standards of safety and quality and was specifically for Critical Safety Equipment besides live Fire Fighting training in the SOPC using all fire fighting equipment and trying to put down live fire

My bachelor project was about the influence of high speed impacts on car body structures. The aim of my project was to study the change in material property before, during and after the impact through different regions in my sample which is a severely impacted car fender with a final Grade of Excellent We study how to manufacture materials as well as polymers, Alloying how to test them. We have looked at comparing two unknown specimens according tothe test results (Destructive or non-destructive testing). We also study statics, dynamics, fluid mechanics, design of machines, strength of materials, casting, welding and machining of metals and materials, in addition to nanotechnology.
