• Create performance test plans to capture performance test requirements, performance test cases, project milestones and schedules.
• Work with application, infrastructure and development teams to gather and document system requirements, metrics and collection methods related to performance and system load.
• Manage and maintain test data in a production scaled test database.
• Create and manage testing scripts and scenarios using UML standards
• Designing scenarios and executes performance testing.
• Perform production traffic and data analysis and develop methods to simulate production loads in performance tests.
• Analyze test results and system metrics, document test results, and identify and report performance issues.
• Drive resolution of identified application and system performance issues, and performance tuning opportunities.
• Work with internal and external teams to manage load and performance test environments configuration, and scheduling.
• Work with multiple applications and teams to prioritize and coordinate internal performance test team resources and capacity demands.
• Provide technical assistance to interface and system integration test efforts across MedPlus systems.
• Provide support to production support teams to recreate and resolve production issues.
• Mentor internal performance test team resources.
• Conduct research on latest performance related tools, trends and methodologies. Adopt and implement best practices including continuous delivery practices
• Supporting legacy systems with backups of all cases to/from parallel systems
• Requirements gathering and documenting
• Designing and developing SharePoint Workflows
• Analysis and design of databases and user interfaces.
• Implementing software development life cycle policies and procedures.
• Managing and supporting multiple projects.
• Functional and acceptance testing to certify if the product met customer requirements, including regression testing to verify product’s previous functionality is intact.
