Manage a portfolio of equities and fixed income securities, including selecting securities, determining asset allocation, and executing trades to optimize returns and manage risk.
Develop and implement investment strategies that align with clients' objectives and risk tolerance, taking into account market conditions, financial goals, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor the performance of the portfolio and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Regularly review and adjust investment strategies based on market conditions and risk factors.
Prepare regular investment reports, performance summaries, and other investment-related documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Follow up with the market developments, economic indicators, and industry trends that may impact investment performance. Monitor the performance of competing investment products and assess their potential impact on the portfolio.

Main responsibilities:
- To maximize investment returns by recommending strategies and policies.
- Oversee processes and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, policies, and regulations relating to Treasury & Investment.
- Monitor performance through established benchmarks for continuous review. Comply with all investment guidelines and ratios - regulatory and internal.
- Equity Capital Markets: Actively participate in valuing companies including review and analysis of complex financial models, and play an active role in the origination and execution of transactions.
Fixed Income: Analyze market trends, advice with valuable updates on market news and trends and how these affect their access to the debt capital markets; actively participate in deal execution; create and manage complex financial models.
- Perform ongoing monitoring, analysis and reporting of investments as well as the aggregate portfolio.
- Review/enhancement of business processes.
- Ensuring that Treasury & Capital markets sales strategies are in line with the Bank's vision and ethics code, and that its processes are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities (e.g. Shari'a compliant products, structured products), working with Treasury & capital Markets partners to develop new products, ensuring that products are available to meet client/customer requirements, and educating customers on Treasury & Capital markets offerings.
- Staying Up-to-date with financial news related to the products.
Oversee the management of multiple funds and investment portfolios for various governmental entities and local corporations, with a focus on equities and fixed income securities.
Make investment decisions in accordance with the defined strategies and objectives of each fund, ensuring alignment with clients' risk tolerance and investment mandates.
Monitor the performance of the portfolios, regularly reviewing investment strategies and asset allocation to optimize returns and manage risk effectively.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and company fundamentals to identify investment opportunities and assess potential risks.
Review and ensure compliance with risk guidelines and regulatory requirements, implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures.
Collaborate with research analysts and portfolio managers to evaluate and select suitable equities and fixed income securities for the portfolios.
