Maintenance and Projects Manager at Cement Plant main duties :
1-Establish management Policy and procedures in line with the objectives and Strategies approved by the board of Directors.
2-Define yearly maintenance objectives & key performance indicators based on the sales program.
3-Promote the company image and defined environmental aspects in agreement With the defined environmental policy
4-Define the Annual Maintenance Budget, Training Plan, Promotions Plan.
5-Plan, develop & implement an Annual effective preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs ensuring optimum usage of all resources including know how, man power, tools, spare parts and time available to minimize the troubleshooting and maximize the efficiency, productivity and improve the overall performance of the maintenance Department by using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS ) .
6-Analyze maintenance cost and technical ratios & define any necessary corrective measures like maximize spare parts localization manufactured.
7-Establish a control & Monitoring system to achieve the Company objectives .
8-Review the annual CAPEX Plan regarding Sustainability & Development projects.
9-Review all Contracts& Direct Investments for green field and Revamping Projects approved by the Board and Proceed with Procurements, CFB preparation, Bidders Offers study, Technical and Commercial Analysis including review Equipments specifications, payment conditions, Warrantee Condition, spare parts and commissioning and start up conditions, provisional acceptance and final Acceptance conditions …..Etc…….according to the Bid requirements.
10- Review all Projects Equipments delivers, payment and execution Time schedule.
11-Manage meetings with all Equipments manufacturers and contractors and follow up the time schedule
Progress and resolve any conflicts and eliminate any deviations.
12- Prepare, develop and review all Projects constructions Schedules & Plans including delivers, payment and execution Time schedule.
13-Manage & Coordinate human resources and obtain all necessary services and competent Staff for the Projects, training, performance assessment, recruitment and careers.
14-Manage, monitor and follow up the Projects progress against agreed schedules & Plans and manage the quality, risks, changes & finanical implications .
15-Implement Projects no load test, commissioning, performance test and Provisional acceptnce
MaintenanceManager at KOBUSCH Packaging Egypt main duties :
1-Plan, organize, , direct, lead and control of all preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance activities, plant shutdowns, spare parts management using computerized planning software and doing required improvements ensuring Optimum usage of all resources including manpower, time and materials.
2. Coordinate the shutdowns work scope, plan and schedule major and minor plant shutdowns for inspection, overhaul and plant change project work. Refine these into plans and schedule, ensuring adequate lead- time for material procurement, contract tendering, evaluation and award.
3-Make day by day follow up for execution of all preventive, corrective maintenance & new projects activities Plans.
4-Design, develop & implement an effective preventive maintenance program, which tailored to minimize technical problems &maximize efficiency, productivity and overall performance by using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
5-Coach, plan, leadership and delegate with the teamwork and other related departments by :
- Establish measurable objectives, determine required resources, Analyze available resources and Assign responsibilities, Study alternatives, Specify regulatory & check points.
6- Define, follow up and optimize the maintenance expenses .
7- Ensure the regulatory compliance of all maintenance activities .
8- Elaborate and or update Equipment Risk assessement periodically .
9- Establish skills and comptences development program for individuals .
10- Propose and Plan all the maintenance major intervensions .
11-Contribute to the achievement of production, quality, environment, reliability and utilization objectives .
12-Ensure Corporate Polices and Standards are followed in both Capital Projects implementations as well as Continual improvement works .
13-Shares "Best Practices" within the relevant departments.
1.Produce, Assemble and Erect of Induction Furnaces on the factory.
2.Erect, Install, Commissioning and start up new Induction Furnaces on site.
3.After Sales service, this included: trouble shooting, repairing, maintenance works& spare parts supply.
1-Erect & Install of Production lines, M/Cs and factory utilities.

3.Determining, implementing and monitoring Engineering Strategies, Polices and Plans with direct coordination with other departments .
4-Cooperate in a cross-functional manner as a change agent with relevant departments within the Organization .
5-Promote a Safe and environmentally sound workplace that complies with all applicable regulations .
6-Develop and implement Polices, Standards & Procedures for the Engineering and Technical work performed in the Departement and Organization .
Product design and development management, operation and production management, decision analysis management ,reliability engineering & maintenance management ,materials management, projects management , human resources management, sales and marketing management, feasibility study of new projects .
