• Reviewing the master plan submitted from ‘EPCM’ contractor.

Responsibility:
As Planning Engineer: make follow up progress on site, preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports, discussing the problem and project requirement through periodical site meeting.

As planning engineer:
Responsibility:
1- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance activities by using ORACLE EAMS Program.
2- Corporate maintenance in determining job priorities.
3- Examining the request & reviewing information being input into CMMS for accuracy and completeness
4-Reviewing the job with maintenance first lines
5-Generating the Work orders and distributing for the departments.
6-Maintaining information on backlog jobs pending due to (resource unavailability or shutdown) & following up with concerned departments to expedite work.
7-Working towards producing stander templates for work orders & work plan etc. to ensure systematic maintenance data presentation.
8-Following up maintenance activities in sites
9- Reviewing requirements for plant shutdown, discussing details with engineers & department heads & preparing consolidated for shutdown.
10-Determining shutdown requirements (Schedule, control sheet, Spares, manpower, estimated man hour, material & special equipments).
11-Coordinating between the maintenance disciplines & operation.
12-Reviewing prepared implementation data for oracle system.
13-Measure & review Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
14-Preparing Weekly and Monthly maintenance reports
15-Preparing maintenance planning monthly with KPI reports and statistics
