• Estimate review and budgeting including generating the Plant & Equipment budget and coordination with Departments for any budget issues.
• Monitoring and checking cost control procedure implementation in labour & machinery timekeeping using the time sheet system to review and pass time sheets, at store SIV/MRV/TV, requisition follow up log, and consumption of major material items by maintaining proper log.
• Evaluation of Bid Comparisons made by Purchase Department and approving most competitive Vendor by means of effective Quality and Cost.
• Inspection/Monitoring Work Orders for proper allocation of Components and Tasks in order to ensure the Expenses are recorded correctly and the maintenance history of equipment recorded properly with correct Meter Readings, Item Codes, details of occurred problems etc. in Work Order.
• Monthly Labour & Machinery Report, analyse, forecast and action overrun which includes collect/calculate and input actual cost, earned value and planned value in the purpose-made database program.
• Analyse performance using index and variances. Identify excessive differences between budget, actual and planned productivity in terms of money and time.
• Budget Non-Conformity Report (BNCR), Site Observation and Cost Control Inspection including facilitating the contra-charges in all stakeholder in coordination with QS and PM.
Technical Audits on the repair and maintenance activities done by workshop on daily basis and providing consultation on the observations.
Reviewing the indent raised for required parts as per opened Job Card for proper specification/dimensions & quantity.
Random inspection of Equipment On Site to identify the persisting problems and cross check the performance.
