Professional Projects

Elimination of additional extra effort and time saving
As per old process we used to get the invoices in excel format from the vendors and after receiving these excel invoices from vendors, we used to convert the excel version of the invoices into PDF before sending those invoices to Account Payable team for releasing the payment. We relooked at the process and identified the opportunity to remove the extra effort of converting these excels into PDF and got in touch with all the vendors and asked to directly provide PDF invoice copies. This has successfully been implemented which has reduced the manual effort and total annual time saving of 74 hours Annually


Number of approval mail reduction:
We have reduced the number of approval e-mails those were being send to the authorized signatories. As per the earlier process, we used to send vendor wise and market wise approval mails to the authorized signatory, so if there are three vendor for same market then there used to be three different email getting generated and authorized signatory has to approve those three mails separately. However now we have customized the process and we send only market wise approval emails (irrespective of vendor) to the authorized signatory and they can provide approval in single mail for multiple vendors.
With the approval email process change manual effort reduced and total time saving of 20 hours annually.


Reducing the number of hand offs from Contract management to Billing.
An in depth process analysis of laying down each step from start: Receiving Contract, review contracts, Set it up in system, Approval flow (manager’s approval & Review), Review from Contract Analysts, Recognizing revenue & Invoicing.
Eliminating the Non value added steps like number of reviews to reduce the overall TAT and provide best customer service & experience.

Automation of MIS reports
Proactively supported in reducing the preparation of MIS files & Dashboards being presented to senior management & Customers with the help of Excel & Six sigma tools like Fish Bone analysis
