Providing Legal advice relating to commercial law, Civil Law, Labour Law and Company Law.
Reviewing confidentiality agreements, leases, sale and purchase agreements, procurement agreements, supply agreements and other forms of agreements for the purpose of ensuring that any concerned client is legally protected.
Legal drafting Including but not limited to confidentiality agreements, leases, sale and purchase agreements, procurement agreements, supply agreements, memoranda of understanding and other forms of agreements.
Drafting and giving consultations to bank and real estate investments.
Following up the litigation and co-coordinating with clients regarding the same along with advising them relating to the legal issues.
Financial documentation review and suggesting clients to proceed according to the
UAE laws.
Drafting the financial and securitization documents for banks and giving them legal advice.
Visiting and meeting different Government department’s official in Dubai as per the requirement of the clients in order to assist them and resolve the issues.
Representing the firm in different seminars and enhancing the brand name through participating as the ambassador of the firm.
Representing the firm in various arbitration matters before DIAC and DIFC. Assisting the Local Lawyers before the arbitration bodies in UAE in the procedural and documentation part of the arbitration.
Guiding and training the junior members of the firm in any complex matters. Training the interns in various legal procedure of UAE and mainly in to litigation process.
Holding direct clients conferences and then referring the matter to the respective legal team i.e. either for litigation or mediation.
Looking after in setting up any business entity in free trade zones and offshore in
Dubai and Ras- Al-Khaimah. Including the process of setting of any entity in DIFC.
Drafting contracts and negotiation with the clients.
Meeting clients and preparing the memorandum and contractual agreements
Drafting minutes and board resolution & financial and securitization contracts
Litigation matters & petition drafting
Cross boundary litigation matters
Following up with the local lawyers for litigation matters.
