• Oversee & standardize entire process workflow minimizing delay of delivery
to clients and addressing unforeseen problems arising in supply chain.

quotations, assess current tenders and track their completion status.

to sustained accuracy improvement from 65% to 79% in less than 30 days.
• Was appointed SPOC for India OPS P&L to monitor effects of achieved
metric on KRAs, assess losses in FCs & correspondingly redraft KPI chart.
• Modelled and hosted a comprehensive dashboard to track real-time metric
performance and highlight metric deviations of over 200 associates.
• Review the work forecasts, organize and continuously monitor workflow, to
meet overall FC objectives by optimizing throughput of the workforce,
minimizing idle-time and reducing the transit time of goods till dispatch.
• Lead Inbound Seller Support and Dock teams to reduce unload-to-stow
time of 90th percentile items (TP90) from 49 hours to 8 hours.
• Designed Pick Paths to eliminate surplus movement, leading to increase
of ~22% in pick rates and a 12% hike in total throughput per hour (TPH).
• Redrafted 5-S methodology for 3PL carriers and introduced Drop Zones for
shipped items, minimizing the drop in shipping rates from 17% to 4%.
