Key Responsibilities: • Direct a company's sales program
• Assign sales territories, set goals, and establish training programs for their sales representatives
• Advise their sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance, achieve goals and obtain expected quotas
• Identify "core competencies" of workforce with training director
• Keep training materials up to date
• Use IT to produce training materials and manuals
• Manage of all training materials of company
• Organize the using of training materials in company (also include e-learning)
• Deliver CSR induction Training courses with the agreed parameters to ensure CSRs are competent to deliver the required services
• Ensure product, procedures; systems, on-line help and manuals are kept current, accurate and completely relevant to employees needs
• Implement, monitor and review induction and training package for new staff to ensure predetermined standards are obtained regarding departmental policies, procedures and systems relevant to the employees' tasks
• Implement and monitor ongoing up skilling training packages and procedures for employees to ensure their skills and knowledge base are completely up to date.
