Assist in the establishment and implementation of tactical and strategic plans for IT and in the development
and management of associated budgets.
* Develop Standards and procedures for IT functions in the field offices.
* Identify and recommend to HQ IT Director, systems customizations to improve organization’s operations.
* Monitor the systems' functioning and network stability and take necessary measures to prevent system failure,
while keeping track of deployed software and follow up with the field office’s IT Departments.
* Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications, endpoint
security solutions, and other office tools, and handle relevant maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Planning and implementing infrastructure projects for the new offices and the offices need for the renovation.
* Conduct research, realize Proof of Concept on new technologies and submit a final technical report to the
hierarchy regarding medium to large projects.
* Provide remote support to Field Office’s IT Departments for problems related to the network, the software,
operating systems and system hardware diagnosis.

* Prepare the annual budget and business plan for the department.
* Standardize technologies and platforms used in the operations across the Group and ensure compliance with
Group standards.
* Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that
staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
* Identify and recommend to local Operations Management and Group IT, systems customizations to improve
company's operations.
* Perform system and business analysis and ensure that existing technologies used by the Group are providing the
optimum service to internal and external customers.
* Ensure security and business continuity process frameworks are followed.
* Direct and plan appropriate training and usage of installed software and hardware.
• Monitor the systems' functioning and network stability and take necessary measures to prevent system failure, while keeping track of deployed software.
• Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring results and quality, and relaying team's request to hierarchy.
• Coordinate activities with externals solution providers, network services or other information systems groups.
• Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications and other office tools, and handle relevant maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potentials, and contribution to the company.
• Supervise the work of the team when responding to users' inquiries, and provide optimized solutions to system and software operations.
• Conduct research, realize Proof of Concept on new technologies and submit a final technical report to the hierarchy regarding medium to large projects.
• Provide on-site and remote support to users for problems related to the network, the software, operating systems and system hardware diagnosis.
• Train users on equipment, software and manuals, and ensure that IT policies and procedures are applied and respected.
