Supervise the receipt, storage, and transfer of stock from Azraq UNHCR warehouse.
Make sure that inventory records (Bin/Stack & Stock Cards) match Physical inventory and the UNHCR MSRP System.
Carry out high quality local procurement when required which is accountable, transparent and compliant with NRC’s Procurement Policy and requirements.
Update the weekly report for all processed PRs and share it with the involved NRC staff.
Completes and files accurate and up-to-date UNHCR logistics documents, incl. Goods Received Notes (GRN), Stock Request Forms, Waybill, and Stock Reports.
Send the incoming and outgoing shipments report to the UNHCR office.
Participates in regular UNHCR warehouses physical inventory counts.
Prepare list for all the required materials needed for Warehousing and prepare Stock Request/PR for the needed materials.
prepare the monthly reconciliation report according to MSRP System.
Follow up on labors attendance sheet and share it with finance team to pay their monthly wages.
Establish and maintain good professional working relationships with suppliers, service providers and contractors whilst strictly adhering to NRC's anti-corruption guidelines and NRC's code of conduct.
Follow up on NRC Assets in Azraq Camp and record all assets transactions and Participates in the regular counting of NRC Assets.
Follow up on Fuel consumption for Generators in Azraq camp by received monthly purchase request form the focal points, Asset in deliver Fuel to all NRC sites in
Azraq Camp, receiving invoices, prepare GRNs, create Excel sheet for tracking PRs amount and consumption.
Receive permit requests from requesters and process the permits within the designated timeframe, Apply for permits and follow
up with SRAD officials, Receive the completed permits and coordinate with requesters to collect it.
