•Ensuring that aircraft loading and offloading processes are completed accurately, safely and within pre-determined time constraints and carrying out spot checks on food products to ensure hygiene & standers
•Investigate, follow-up and report remedial action to Senior Operations Manager on adverse comments or reports received.
•Take decisions under the guidance of Senior Operations Manager with regard to any exception to daily operational matters or with respect to clarification on any operational process and procedure.
•Communicating with airline representatives on the operational and non-operational issue.
•Manpower planning, including staff duty scheduling and leave planning, monthly staff rosters, and absence reports to allocate work to assigned staff in order to ensure airline requirements
•Continuous review of key activities and preparing recommendations for justifying, implementing and developing efficiencies, cost savings and improvements to existing work practices and methods.
•Leading operations on a daily basis and responding to airline queries.
•Regularly liaise with other departments, Airport Security, DNATA and Airline Representatives to ensure that service provided is as per laid down standards
