- Providing the customers with daily prices of the traded companies.
- Transferring money from the group to the banks, from the banks to the group.
- Make the request on the system (Matrix) to unblock the blocked shares of the customers, and withdraw
it from the shares market to the customer’s account in the group securities.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause
of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
