3. Discussing the budget with IATA & GSA.
4. Monitoring all IATA & GSA sales, revenue, market share and expenses against budget.

8. Diverting credit clients to AMEX CTA.

Worked as a Sales Manager for ticketing and tours, my responsibilities are:
1. Preparing the Fare List for the Commercial Clients.

Beside the above I have built a strong relation with Counsels in different Consulates, as example a big group had been arranged for a tour to Cairo most of them are holding diplomatic passports.
The main business for Saudi Najm Company is Hajj and Umrah services, I joined the company when they decided to open a newly Travel Agent unfortunately they worked only one year then the partners changed their minds.
Worked as a Deputy Sales Manager we have opened credit accounts and arranged very attractive package tours to Malaysia.
