Responsibilities:
• Study the customer’s goals, objectives, strategies and vision to identify problems, opportunities and business case.
• Elicit business, Stakeholders, Solution and Transition requirements.
• Analyze, document, prioritize, communicate and validate the collected requirements.
• Map for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls and reporting for moderate to highly complex projects.

Project manager responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, monitor and control project in all project knowledge areas.
• Follow project lifecycle and management process.
• Managing resources and subcontractor for successful on-budget and on-time implementation of the projects.
• Study RFPs and RFQs, define customer exact requirements and needs, identify the product specifications, develop and submit the proposals.
• Pre- and post-Sales activities, meetings with customers to negotiate scope, cost and schedule.
• Managing changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits.
• Regular and timely reporting of project progress to the sponsors.
System Analyst responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, map, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls and reporting for moderate to highly complex projects.
• Document business requirements and translate into functional and system requirement specifications.
• Develop or modify procedures to solve problems considering business objectives and form of desired results.
