Alkylation Unit Operations. Alkylation unit consists of 3 plants, namely
Alkylation, Isomerization, and Sulfuric Acid Plants. The main product of
this unit is to produce high purity (96 to 97 RON) Alkylate
Ethane Cracker (EC) Operations & EC Commissioning
Chief I led the operations team throughout the pre-commissioning,
commissioning, and the startup of the Ethane plant which came on line
end of 1 st quarter of 2009. The duties as a Deputy Section Head involved
many areas as follows:
• Leading Commissioning & start up activities
• Initial Startup Planning
• Leading Functional Teams & Team Assessment
• Team Building Activities Management
• Providing Technical Training for Operations Personnel
