Receiving ( Spanish, German, British, Canadian & American) tourists (individual & groups) from
Airport and get their Passports stamped.
2) On the way to the Hotel -in the Bus- I Explain them the important information about Egypt, customs,
traditions and their program (the most important visits, including and excluding).
3) Also I offer them the prices of each optional visit then they could decide which one they prefer.
4) After that, I go with them to the hotel helping to get the best rooms, organizing wake up call for them,
breakfast and give them my mobile number for any more inquiries or for emergency.
5) In the morning I meet the guests, presenting them the guide. Reserving the lunch in a restaurant very
near to the visited Places.
6) In the evening, I organize -myself- the city tour as a guide.
7) After that, I take the guests from the hotel to the Airport taking the tickets of them, getting the
boarding card.

B- As Assistant Reservation Manager :
1. Since we are the Egyptian local agent for Phoenix Reisen (one of the best companies in Germany
which is working in tourism and has the exclusivity for the long cruise from Cairo / Aswan / Cairo.(
before 30/06/13), From my office, I reserve hotels for the German tourists, organize their program.
2. I organize also programs for incentive groups (incentive groups mean the members in
Companies, Syndicates like Doctors, Pharmacists..etc., which need everything in same time, the
meals, transfers, sightseeing, hotels, seminars .
3. Also I had the honor to arrange some VIPs Visit’s program during their stay in Egypt with the
proper and luxury manner which suits their excellency (the vice president of Honduras and have
met with the ambassador of Argentina in Egypt as well ).
