• Prepare plans and follow up the monthly targets
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Preparing plans and schedules for all Fit out activities
• supervising contracted staff (subcontractors and suppliers)
• ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
• liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
• providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
• ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
• Work with the client from the start of project to ensure we understand the project scope and vision
• Oversee the beginning of project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations
• Create the schedule for project to match project requirements
• Process change orders
• Collaborate with the Engineers and construction crew to ensure feasibility the project
• Conduct meetings on-site with company team, client and consultant
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit project estimates to clients
• Preparing and sending letters to all stakeholders
• Issue or create Progress payments
• Authorized representative to deal with client and consultant
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• nsure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
I am working on Both KAP2 and KAP4 projects, My duties as the following:
•Coordinate with design consultants, engineers' project representatives, statutory and authority agencies to set up design deliverables requirements for submission.
•Review design deliverables together with design consultant and engineers to ensure order for submission.
•Develop relations with planning engineer on design submission schedule and ensure timely design submissions.
•Coordinate with document controller on design deliverables transaction to ensure smooth flow of documents.
•Creating and reviewing shop drawings to be submitted to the consultant
-Designing a complete structure including multistory-structures
-Modeling the whole structure on TEKLA software.
-Creating both erection and fabrication drawings
-Modifying Existing designs and redesigning new elements
-Using STAAD for structure analysis .
