•Project: R1067/1 Dedicates bus lane Priority ///Khaled bin Al Walid Road Client: RTA, Dubai Engineer: Al Turath Engineering Consultant Responsibilities:
•Following and Monitoring with NOC Engineer for the required No-objection Certificate from all the relevant authorities for the project as per Dubai RTA requirement.
•Managing and Coordination with material engineer the list of materials as per the scope of work.
•Managing engineering work for shop drawings, material submittals, and method of statements.
•Monitor and preparation with Planning engineer for the programme and target dates as the approved base line programme.
•Construction of the proposed sewage and drainage network as per Dubai Municipality standard.
•Construction of road pavement structures in accordance with design standards.
•Construction of the proposed Dry and Wet utilities according to the design and related authority standards.
•Construction of civil works and preparations for installation of the proposed trafic signals as per the RTA and Design, as well as approval of the shop drawing by the relevant authority.
•Monitoring the project progress as per the planning programme.
•Controlling the project cost and monitoring the project budget.
•Ability to build a Team and guide them to complete the project within project cost and time.
•Solving the technical issues at site and guide the team to complete the project within the plan and cost.
•Closing out the project as per the all authorities' requirement.
Project: Package 4, 6 & 6A Nakheel- Al furjan Villas & Terrace homes (Roads & Infrastructure). The project consists of construction (Road Works, Street lighting, Storm water, Sewer lines, Future ducts, Du Telecommunication Network, Portable water & Landscaping) Client: NAKHEEL Responsibilities:
•Follow up & verify the Monthly Reports, Weekly Reports & daily Reports for the contractor.
•Monitoring the shop drawing and method statement submitted by the contractor in accordance with the authorities' specification and design requirement.
•Following up and monitoring the progress at site.
•Verifying of existing Wet and Dry services (Storm water network, Sewerage network and DEWA ED&WD).
•Monitoring the construction of proposed Sewer network, storm water network, Crossing duct, DEWA WD and Road works.

•Preparing daily reports on daily basis & submitting it to the Engineer.
•Construction of Proposed Storm water network, Road construction of (RUNWAY & TAXIWAY), foundation for the proposed landing system and Airport Ground lighting network as per the project specification and method statement of work.
•Trial Trench for all the existing utilities for verification and preparation of shop drawing for the engineer and concern authority verification.
