Installations & training on new machines with the Italian
manufactures < SCM Group>, the factory is the largest
wood factory in the region owned by Saudi Bin Laden
Group, I was lucky to be there as I got a very good
experience, (IMAS chip collector machines with a
complete duct system for all the factory machines &
sections, DMC sanding machines, Gabbiani Flexima 105
auto beam saw machine, Sergiani veneer press machine,
Sergiani high frequency press machine, Superfici roler
coater line with UV high power lamps 50 mtr line length,
Superfici Magnum Spray machine with vertical dryer,
Superfici Spray Booth roomswith drying rooms, Chair
Spray Chain Conveyor line ).
Design & installation of compressed air lines with 2
Bottarini compressors 93 KW each for the factory.
Supervise the fire fighting and fire alarm system for the
factory.
Installation of desiel lines supply for the electric
generators rooms.
Installation of SCM water jet cutting machine.
Directing and supervising the steel workshop in factory
(stainless steel fabrication & welding, CO2 welding,
plazma cutting, Laser cutting machines, shearing
machine, bending machine).
Directing and supervising the glass workshop in factory.

Supervising and managing the daily work in 3 glass
processing factories (located in Riyadh, Qassim and Al
ahsaa), production processes, sales & collections,
maintenance, spare parts, labors problem, color glass
orders including international purchasement from China,
local glass orders from Saudi Guardian, Obiekan and
Arabian United.
Design & plan a preventive maintenance periodic
program for all factories machines.
Electrical & mechanical maintenance for glass Furnaces,
edging, beveling and drilling machines.
