• Manage operational tasks for employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off boarding, including record maintenance and use of ticketing system.
• Stay informed about HR processes, changes, and projects in the Middle East country group, offering support and advice as needed.
• Provide HR-related guidance on rules and regulations across the Middle East country group.
• Foster collaboration with HR stakeholders to enhance knowledge management and process efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including new HR systems and policy harmonization.
• Serve as a backup for payroll processes in allocated countries.

• Ensure smooth onboarding, exit procedures, and upkeep of employee records.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP).
• Draft, update, and align HR policies with UAE laws and regulations.
• Oversee medical insurance requests and renewal procedures.
• Execute HR operations and tasks for the UAE and GCC region.
• Manage payroll tasks including data entries, bank transactions, postings, accruals, and calculations for airfare and end-of-service benefits for departing employees.

• Drafting employee contracts and promotion letters.
• Managing personal administration tasks such as SAP processing for hiring, transferring, promoting, and handling end-of-employment procedures, along with updating personal information.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations regarding employee benefits such as loans, leaves, and air tickets.
• Issuing employee letters in three different languages.
• Compiling monthly reports for various stakeholders.
• Serving as the primary contact for Persian-speaking employees regarding HR inquiries.
• Preparing final settlements for terminated or resigned employees.
