Star communication is a department of “Golden Pyramids Plaza” Company (the owner of City Stars Complex) Acting as Multimedia Service Provider, Responsible about implementation, operation and supports the communication and Multimedia network (Internet, IP-telephony, Cable TV, IPTV, POS and Credit Card Machines) that covers all City Stars Complex (City Stars Center, Hotels, Offices Towers and Residential Towers).
Key Responsibility:
• Operations and Business Systems Support (OSS/BSS) Engineer, who administrate and maintain all Windows based Systems, Services and Applications to provide all needed OSS/ BSS services such as Mail server, Infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS...etc), Application servers, Backup system, Storage System and Call Center Services
• Technical Project Manager of “Consolidating Sales Data from POS Systems at City Stars Center Units” at City Stars
