The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human
resources Functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training, development,
performance and payroll for all holding group
Handling all Payroll requirements.
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive
compensation plan include the (overtimes, loans, deductions, bonus and
permission)
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management
information needs.
Prepare the Social Insurance for Kuwaiti employees as per Kuwait law and
arrange the salaries for them.
Monitoring and employee counseling, Develop and implement a human
resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits
systems
Explain and provisions of the personnel policy.
Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation,
labor Standards.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward
Company goals.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Creating the new employee on system and give the PF number and prepare the
all documents for make a file as serial.
Prepare the all Kind of Leaves & Indemnity and prepare the settlement for both.
Make and approve for the loan to staff.
Make the monthly provision reports for leave & indemnity
Keeps track of Kuwait Labor Law with respect to employment contracts,
terminations, and hiring rules and regulations.
Handling a proper filing system & management of personnel files, on the basis of
hiring, transfer, promotion, resignation.
Calculating the Medical leave according to the Kuwait Labor Low.
Preparing monthly Attendance for HR Dept.
Follow-up with each Dept. Admin coordinator regarding Dept. attendance.
Maintains a monthly overview of vacation Plan- balance of all staff.
Preparing all HR correspondence on the basis of hiring, transfer, promotion, all
graduate from Mansoura university faculty of commerce
