• Hotels & Nile cruise reservations, Directing, monitoring and coordinating, all the branches (Cairo, Aswan, Louxor, Sharm El sheikh).
• Responsible for quality control and quality assurance spanning the gamut of operations.
• Liaising the account department to make quotations for different programs to optimize the production process of travel products.
• Submitting monthly data of performance to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in production operations.
• Handling customer's complains, by listening carefully, analyzing Sorts of Problems and suggesting solutions
• Preparing reports, on weekly basis, documenting figures and feedback received from customers. These reports are tools to be used to improve future services. As well as coordinating conferences.
• Responsible and handling all the contracts signed by our company.
• Main contact and link between our international tour operator and our travel agency.
• Organizing all the regular & a la carte package programs published on the brochure &Selecting suitable hotels to be dealt with.
