Handling the entire recruitment process including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, closing offers, new hire paperwork and facilitating the on-board process
Controlling Time Attendance, Payroll and related daily accounting sheets and reports
Defining and approving human resources policies with respect to training programs for employees

Handling Procurement and Company’s Supplier Reviews / Log Records
Managing office administration, filing and basic organizing

• Internal Compliance
Maintaining and updating Company as well as FIDI Manuals
Formulating and determining Policies for Business and overall operations
Planning and executing periodic Internal Audits to assess and improve performance
Creating Corrective Action Plans and take disciplinary actions if necessary
Reviewing UAE Labour Law and making obligatory amendments in policies
Other Responsibilities
Maintaining confidential records such as Important Passwords for different Websites used for Marketing, domain and server passwords and employee emails etc.
Monitoring Contracts and Licenses renewals, Employee Residency Visa renewals, Fire Extinguisher renewal etc.
Periodically reviewing and updating Company’s Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn etc.
