*Report directly to General Manager & responsible for Automation & Drives department
*Solution provider for LV/MV/Automation/Drives
*Responsible for supporting the Internal/external Sales team in estimating/integrating Control & drives solutions.
*Accountable for all tasks related to proposals, design & engineering of control system & Drive projects.

*Review and recommend suppliers, techno-commercial evaluations of proposals, negotiations and compliance to the project requirements.
*Optimize use of present resources, budget, project schedule, planning & trainings.
*Provide in-house technical support to team members for system developments, network implementations, troubleshooting & lead to resolve issues being faced in the project.
*Involved in recruitment process of automation engineers
Design and Engineering of control systems with complex architecture
Translate user requirements in a functional design and technical concept
Implement PLC, HMI, RTU and SCADA applications
Design of PLC control panels
Redundant SCADA configuration, graphics development, data base development, testing and
integration with PLC and IEDs
