• Conduct day-to-day full lifecycle recruitment as determined by business needs,
including traditional and creative sourcing techniques, resume review, candidate
screening, and managing the interview process steps.
• Work with hiring managers to define their requirements, develop unique job
descriptions to atract top talent, and set expectations considering the market
conditions and business needs.
• Delivering as a liaison with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
ensuring that they are kept up to date on the status of their requisitions,
candidate pipeline, status, and expectations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager/s to develop and execute sourcing
strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruitment goals
for current and upcoming openings.
• Develop and implement vendor management strategies along with handling
monthly vendor invoices, build strategic capabilities, mitigate risk to the
organization.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement of HR Operations processes and
programs to enhance the overall employee and manager experience.

• Responsible for month-end close, work order delegation and review, maintaining
A/R database, and reconciliation of AR Reports to General Ledger for 85 accounts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly billing and collection reports, review all relevant
third-party invoices to ensure compliance with the service agreements.
• Manage open aging of assigned accounts to ensure timely payment by assisting
customers with payment processing via Cheque or online portal.
• Manage mentoring of staff member(s) and cross-training of key functions within
the Accounts Receivable group, tasks include reviewing and updating accounting
procedure instructions, process walkthrough and hands-on practice.

HR Operations
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit
interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for
accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process,
coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day
experience.
• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation
to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance maters,
organizational change, and all other employee-relations maters.
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR
department and organization, and to improve employee experience.
