Patson Middle East is an Interiors, Exhibitions and Events production company established in 2002 at IMPZ. I was recruited for the position of an architect in March 2017. My roles and responsibilities are as follows:
Design and Execution of interior design projects
Interpretation of Project Brief, Concept Development and Presentation of design with a detailed Bill of Quantities.
Project Coordination by communication with Client, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Site Supervisor and Client representative.
Approval Drawings for government and non-government authorities. Supervision of Joinery Installations at the in-house manufacturing facility.
Research and Development of luxury furniture line to create a new dimension to PATSON.
Part of the core design team involved in large projects such
as residential townships, golf courses, commercial buildings luxurLl
resorts, and manLl others.
- Designed, drafted and executed elite interior design projects
including management of supply chain and material
procurement from overseas (China).
- Coordination and follow up wrrh structural engineers and MEP
consultants for the purpose of organising information and
workflow.
- Creating 2D, 3D and 4D mocels on BIM based software
from conceptual to detained designed phases of construction
projects.
