5. Monitor operations to ensure that they meet quality standards.
6. Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
7. QIT & QID responsibility.
8. Responsible for customer complains investigation and replying.
9. Implementation the Pest control and ensure the activities efficiency.
10. The coordination between the quality department and other departments
11. Training of empolyees on HACCP PRINCIPLES, food safety and allergens.
