Leasing Administration
-Maintain records for all lease contracts and ensure lease agreements are renewed in time by proper expiry tracking and renewal proposal.
-Ensure changes in terms and condition or rental terms are correctly recorded keeping in line with market trend and center value.
-Follow up and track lease payments with tenants and owners in coordination with Finance team.
-Follow up and ensure proper coordination with Legal team for all sublease agreements.

-Handle leasing assignments for MAF Retail projects, including tenant prospecting and negotiations.
-Carry out tenant presentation and negotiations to complete lease agreements as per management defined leasing strategy.
•Research, Analysis and Documentation
-Maintain and ensure that all documentation such as lease agreements, tenant supporting materials, trade license, insurance, etc. are collected and prepared in accordance with MAF Retail legal policies.
-Constantly track tenant shop performance through analysis of customer feedback and monthly sales reports.
-Perform market visits, conduct field research and site due diligence, participate in industry conventions to develop clear understanding of local retail market, retail leasing terms and conditions, customer demand and competition.
•Reporting
-Prepare and maintain a database of prospective tenants, both local and international retailers suitable for each type of retail project.
-Provide necessary inputs in development of effective leasing strategy and plans.
-Provide information and assistance on real estate and land lease agreements and related issues to other functions.
-Provide regular reports to management on leasing status and performance.
