 Provides general administrative support on operational matters to one or more of the HR functions.
 Executes HR functions and processes (e.g. recruiting of white collars, training planning, etc.).
 Supports his Unit Head with operational planning of the activities in the work unit.
 Works closely with internal users to provide timely, thorough, and cost effective services to them.
 Preparation and validation of payroll data, and works effectively with Accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and allowances.
 Prepares personnel-related reports for GOSI
 Oversees all GOSI application processes.
 Interfaces with police departments to submit and finalize different transactions related to the issuance and renewal of driving licenses, car accidents, etc.
 Ensures that key data related to Admin processes (e.g. process execution duration, cost, etc.) are captured and documented.

IT Tasks and responsibilities
* Conducts requirements analysis and systems study, and maps them to the business processes.
