Responsible for handling a team of 8 staff consisting Accountants, Inventory control, HR and Admin while my reporting level were Finance Manager, GM and Group CFO.

- Monthly, Quarterly repeorting to the Group Finance Department and interim financials submitted to the Board.

Prepare effective annual budget for the company with detail analysis, requirements & have complete justifications from each division and concepts.
• Maintain strong budgetary controls through variance analysis between budget and actual expense and highlight the key heads where actions are required.
• Carry out periodical key financial ratios with leading indicators and suggestions for necessary action plan.
• Coordinate with business divisions for active participation in new project analysis and feasibility study.
•Work In Progress Estimation and Reporting
•Projection of cost to go and cost escalation.
•Close out project accounts upon project completion.
•Partially contribute towards the Tender Committee in preparing pre-qualification documents, verification of BOQ and due diligence.
•Review of client and Sub contractor Contract Documents
•Preparation of necessary documents in co-ordination with the project team for extension of time claims (EOT).
