Responsibilities as Executive - TMAG
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full life cycle of Recruitment process and handled the entire recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, identifying Panel, interview scheduling to final placement.
• Gathering the requirement from presales team and Delivery Managers and Strategizing recruitment needs in advance.
• Sourcing the Resume through various channels like Job portals / Employee Referrals / Social Networks / Internal Database and Screening and short listing the profiles as per the Skills, domain, Project Suitability and budget.
• Leverage social media including LinkedIn and Professional Groups to discover niche talent
• Coordinating with technical panels for interviews.
• Negotiating & finalizing Offers (Both Onsite and offshore)
• Regular follow-ups with the Offered candidates.
• Handling recruitment Operations of Middle East & India Region.
• SPOC for answering hiring related queries / questions to key stakeholders
• SPOC for helping presales team with the profiles Proposals bidding.
• Submission of quality profiles (Indians, other Nationals, specifically (KSA Nationals) to presales team for bidding projects within the specified time for many clients.
• Other Nationals mobilization.
i. Expert in hiring Saudi Nationals, Egyptian, Jordanian, UK, US, Lebanese nationals ETC
ii. Saudi Nationals - Built the team from 10 to 100 within a year's time with using very limited portals
iii. KSA National Profiles played the key role in winning many projects to a specified Client
iv. Good professional relationship with all employees.
• Handholding the Consultants right from proposal till Mobilization.
• Arrangement of external consultants for Technical proposal preparations.
• Coordination between Visa and travel team for onsite mobilization.
• Vendor management.

Talent management Responsibilities:
• Identification and movement of associates between projects.
• Identification and movement of Bench resources to ensure optimal talent utilization and attainment of business goals.
• Regularly updating the Resource Mobilization list with the inputs from the Delivery Manager.
