Job Profile
• Handling almost 07 Projects (with one more Engineer) presently in General Project Team in K.O.C.
• Some of HIC Projects and Flow Line Projects but majorly involved in are ‘very important & urgent’, in nature (to be commissioned in a year or two with fast track status) which may change the future of the company, these are.
• EF-1967/68_Remote Header Manifold Project (RHM-Phase-II) away from five of the existing Gathering Centers to de-congest the Production Facilities and to boost oil production by installing Multi-Phase Pumps, wherever required. These Manifolds have integral Multi-phase Metering facilities.
• Review of RHM Steel Skid, Pig Launcher, Pig Receiver skid Anchor Block and Multi-Phase Pumps Shelter and its Foundation/drawings and design calculation submitted by sub-contractor (Mott Mac-Abu Dhabi).
• Reviewing and issuing of work order quantity for site related work (Soil grading, RCC Work, Steel work etc.).
• Approval of manpower (Site Engineer/Supervisor/Foreman) for Site, after interviewing the candidates.
• Attending the design & construction review meeting with contractor to get job done and executed on site within stipulated time.
• EF-1953_Water Knockout Project (WKO-Phase-I) to handle high water cut feeds as produced water content is on a rapidly rising curve by utilizing the latest electrostatic coalescer and multi-phase level profiler.
• Attending the design & construction review meeting with contractor to get job done and executed on site within stipulated time.
• Approval of manpower (Site Engineer/Supervisor/Foreman) for Site, after interviewing the candidates.
• Review of Sub-substation building, Anchor Block, Coalescer &Thrust Block and other miscellaneous pipe supports/ drawings of Water Knock out Area and design calculation submitted by sub-contractor (Gulf Spic-Kuwait).
Design of Piperack, Equipment support str, sheds substation building for Wasit ARAMCO, KOC-kuwait, JAC Juraong Sigapore.
Worked with Interarch Building Products Pvt. Ltd, Sector 57, B-30, Noida-UP-India. (An ISO 9001Certified Company) Assistant Manager (PEB-Design), Since December 2003 to August 2006 for their many clients like BAJAJ Electricals, TATA Motors, Frito lays etc.

Job Profile
• Getting design approval from Consultants /Clients, by showing them manual calculation or validation of the building (Residential/Industrial) on STAAD Pro Software. Design of Connections as per IS: 800/AISC.
• Designed almost 80 PEB Structure (Residential/Industrial) over there, visited some construction sites as well.
• Designed 48mm wide Multi Gabled with 10 ton EOT Crane in both gable end for full length of the building.
• Checking of fabrication drawings & erection drawings including Built-Up & Cold Form Sections.
• Handled a team of Draftsman, for taking out detailed fabrication drawings to be sent to our Fab Shop.
