- Contacted over 300 universities in the region by telephone around 10 days time from the database.
- Interviewed over 20 students from top universities in Saudi Arabia in 3 days.
- Developed Microsoft Office skills, especially in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access in less than 4 months.

Reporting to the Pre-Sales Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Trained for 6 weeks in the Pre-Sales and Technical Departments.
- Researched and learned about new networking technologies and the different vendors in the market.
- Presented WLAN design to the Pre-Sales manager.
