- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts, including Framework Agreements, NDAs, and Term sheets;
- Attending and Participating in Online and In-Person Meetings, Client Meetings.

At Jad Rizk & Associates, I worked closely with international clients and Tech Entrepreneurs on various corporate matters, while developing the following skills:
- Drafting Corporate and IT Contracts, including Founders Agreements, MSAs, Terms & Conditions, Articles of Association (AoAs), and Employment Agreements;
- Reviewing Legal Documents and Commercial Contracts;
- Incorporating Companies in Lebanon and the United States;
- Attending and Participating in Online and In-Person Meetings, Client Meetings.

Having been accepted to a prestigious internship in the Corporate and Commercial Matters Department at a top-tier global law firm, I worked alongside senior attorneys on matters related to compliance, contracts, and transactions.

At Maroun Torbey Law Office, I had the opportunity to work within a legal team on civil matters, particularly lease and property purchase transactions. I also gained experience in company incorporation in Lebanon,
while developing the following skills:
- Developing a strong understanding of Legal Procedures and Court Processes;
- Organizing and Managing Client Case Files and Legal Documentation;
