-Reporting directly to CEO; manage 20 office staff including reception, team assistants, and photographers
-Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
-Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
-Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
-Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
-Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
-Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
-Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
-Experience in various office software, CRM system, company spreadsheets, company WebCMS
-Creating and proofreading documents such as tenancy contracts, MOU’s etc
-Ensure office is in constant operational position; manage office workflow for necessary repairs;
-Responsible for organizing and conducting important meetings between various departments
-Manage training schedules and induction processes for new joiners
-Manage staff performance and assessment to ensure expected workload is conducted
-Delegate appropriate work to staff members and monitor their workload and output
-Provide developmental training for staff growth
-Ensure customer satisfaction by managing questions and concerns
-Responsible for managing relationships with various companies to ensure operations of the business
-Being the point of contacts for customer complaints and issues
