Promote 3D Printing products and services within the GCC schools and individuals, by selling training programs.
Key responsibilities:
Qualify sales prospects and meet sales goals.
Provide consultation to individuals regarding a training solution to meet the needs for career skill goals.
Prepare, organize, implement, monitoring and evaluate 3D printing training programs.
Support schools in all administrative, financial and reporting tasks and assist on master teachers training.
Manage ongoing client relationships, including conducting regular meetings to monitor progress through track or program and satisfaction. Make recommendations to maximize the student’s experience and efficiency.
Manage the prospect database through proper procedures regarding follow-up calls, prospect status and account ownership.
Provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction. Identify potential refund situations and resolve them.
Represent and participate in education trade shows, exhibitions, local school events.
Assigned to Public Sector&Education team, I was accountable for execution of Microsoft Education Program, Coordination of Marketing and Social Media activities and recruitment of trainers and other education staff.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading operational objectives to achieve the key metrics of the Education and Partners in Learning Program, namely teachers and students trained in ICT, in order to qualify prospects for revenue.
• Support the implementation and monitoring activities of projects signed with Portuguese Government, such us:
- Internship Program (> 500 internships)
- Digital Literacy (to train 1 million of citizens), MS IT Academies (training and certification)
- Magellan (1:1 computer)
- Cyber Security (promote information security awareness and design training program for Judiciary Policy on Computer forensics)
• Responsible for budget forecast, control and assignment. Customer orders purchasing and invoice approvals. Negotiation with partners and suppliers.
• Teacher’s and School Leaders trainer.
• Identify training and development needs in ICT subject throughout the schools in partnership with Ministry of Education. Design annual training programs for schools: prepare, organize, coordinate and conduct training sessions such as conferences, workshops, webcasts, hands-on labs. More than 70, 000 teachers trained in Microsoft technologies.
• Design of ICT learning resources for teachers, school leaders and students to drive MS solutions adoption and increase their usage and satisfaction.
• Responsible for design and implementation of Safer Internet Microsoft initiatives, including training and establishing partnerships with Judiciary Policy, Portuguese Republican National Guard and other entities.
• Microsoft's representative at the Portuguese Internet Security Consortium, a co-funded program by the European Commission, to promote Safer Internet awareness.
• Content Creation for user and employee awareness, security assessment, risk Assessment and emergency response plan.
• Responsible for education-related marketing materials, online communications, campaigns, national/international events, case studies. More than 500 events organized, run almost 50 huge campaigns, about 20 case studies created.
• Planning and management of local and corporate events and exhibitions, both onsite and online.
• Coaching and coordination of trainee’s staff, being responsible for their internship work opportunities, skills development and experiences.
• Recruitment of trainers to delivery Microsoft training programs
Assistant Research on Evaluation Team of Portuguese Artistic Education (required by Ministry of Education). Literature review; statistical analysis; conception, implementation and analysis of questionnaires and interviews; reports; communication with responsibles of Ministry of Education.
