As assistant site manager at RITC Moz Lda, my tasks were as follows:
Organising logistics for technicians and assistants at the field site (medical appointments, inductions, travel and accommodation, etc.)
Invoicing, generating IPC and invoicing certificates.
Monitoring production to inform the project manager.
Meetings with project managers to analyse production and organise mechanisms to ensure that the work is carried out in the best possible way.
Visiting sites and the factory to make sure that the work is being carried out correctly.
Weekly meetings with coordinators and supervisors to analyse any difficulties encountered in the field.
Weekly meetings with the occupational safety department to check machine calibration and make sure all occupational safety rules are in place.
Creating work strategies with the Quality department.
Reporting to the head office in Maputo
