Ensure the proper functioning of the services of the Arbitration, Mediation, and Amicable Settlement Unit, provide support to the parties and their lawyers throughout the procedure, and verify strict compliance with the national and international arbitration statutes. Manage the process up to the stage of arbitrators' appointment, including attendance at hearings and drafting of minutes. Manage the logistics for events such as conferences and forums offered by the Arbitration Unit.
