Responsibilities on ATL and online projects:

- Preparing the briefs for the creative department and briefing them on the project.
- Keeping track of the financial situation of the clients I handled. Checking the invoices status and ensuring a good flow of the process.
- Preparing the presentations for different creative proposals or brand reviews.
- Preparing presentations on projects and presenting them for the client or the involved team
- Participating at the brainstorming process, together with the creative departments
- Developing and implementing ATL and online projects.
- Budgeting the projects and negotiating the costs
- Writing the call/meeting reports
- Creating and gathering information for the competitive and brand reviews for my accounts
- Preparing materials for the P&G procedures, working with specific financial & production applications per initiative
- Coordinating the creative and print & A/V production team to successfully implement and finalize the projects (in accordance with the clients brief)
- Coordinating TV, radio, print production (original or adaptation), POS materials development or online projects for the below mentioned accounts: shooting TV commercials/testimonials, photo-sessions, production of different type of materials (POSMs, OOH etc)
- Coordinating projects in the Balkan markets for the P&G accounts.
- Branding and ID design for Tnuva Slim (light dairies) launch: packaging development
- Participating and coordinating some pitch projects with support from an account director

• Accounts: P&G brands (Pampers and H&S), GSK Company (Cervarix), Tnuva (dairy products), Peroni (SabMiller company)

- Coordinating the creative and print & A/V production team to successfully implement and finalize the projects
(in accordance with the clients brief)
- Coordinating TV, radio or print production (adaptation) for the below mentioned accounts

• Accounts: Hyundai (auto), Erste BCR (banking), DTZ Consulting (construction developer)

- Developing and implementing exhibition stall for Romexpo events on Mandy and SteinConstruct accounts, from
creative work to production
- Creating and producing radio commercials for Springtime or location decoration for it, from POS on trade
materials, to location design.
- Branding design and ID design for Tramar brand

• Accounts: Tramar (diary products), Spring time (local restaurant chain), SteinConstruct (local construction company)
