Core Responsibilities :
• Drive HR agenda at group level by defining, developing and delivering HR strategy, with specific focus on driving organisation performance & growth for a large size group with 2bil USD turnover having multiple businesses in various sectors & global geographies (MEA) for 10k employee strength across.
• Drive rapid growth & expansion agenda for the organization by strategic hiring, talent development & retention, OD & strategic HR initiatives, cost management etc.
• Design, develop & implement relevant, fair & transparent HR systems, procedures & controls across to bring in & channelize positive org culture shift.
• Drive Strategic Workforce Planning (SWFP) with complete focus on employee development, internal mobility & budget optimization; educate all stakeholders on the HR systems, build credibility by providing required business intelligence.
• People / Org Review, Building Organization Capability thru Strategic Workforce Planning (SWFP) & OD.
• Define effective BSC, KPIs org wide with objective to build a performance driven culture across levels.
• Drive D/I; Employee Engagement by continuously harnessing and energizing various platforms and committees.
• Drive effective compliance management & cost reduction / resource optimization & high efficiency in all the aspects.
• EVP & Employer Branding (internal & external) through various HR interventions to build in a positive growth culture.
• Arrange a platform for effective business performance management & periodical individual & business reviews.
• Bring in a culture of continuous improvement & engagement in the business with effective participation & contribution.
• Drive initiative on company culture around employee conduct, reinforcement & actions.
• Ensure value add at each step in the relevant areas, ensure high efficiency & credibility in all the aspects.
Managing ene to end HR for B2B and B2C business divisions for oil and lubricant company
Heading HR for FMCG companies into consumer care, personal care, oral care, , skin care products and also food products
