2009-2010- marketing assistant as marketing assistant, I am in charge in making sales in the branch quota, work as a front staff who will welcome customers, make necessary presentation about the products, giving them the benefits of the products in their day to day living. After helping them decide if they will buy the products, part of that is to encourage them to fill up application form for future sales and of course if possible buying immediately. After they filled out the application, we do follow ups our customers and encourage them to avail the products because of the benefits. We do marketing strategist like leafleting, mall display, and other way of introducing the units.
2010-2013-secretary-inventory clerk of all the units, parts selling of the company by making orders to the warehouse and suppliers, and also transfering units by other branches order. I did also making customers contract for their availed units, processing of their registration papers to process the plate of the unit and also to apply their insurance. Reporting of daily sales, daily report, weekly and monthly to balance stocks and sold units.
Other duties- become cash custodian in the absence of the in charge. Act as a manager to tally the report of the barnch transaction when the manager is not in the branch.
