• Monitors and assigns job scheduled to the Technician's and Collector while performing all the tasks of a Customer Service Representative.
• Resolves customer questions related to New Installation, Bad Signal, Re-installation for their subscription.
• Prepares and Forwards Daily renewal and monthly summary report.
• Receives customers' requests, complains by telephone or mail, analyzes requests, provides information requested
• Assist customer over the phone troubleshooting when they have bad reception.
• Receive Credit renewals to all Sub-dealer, Activate and confirm to the customer about their renewal subscription.
• Perform a vital role in servicing customer thru assisting and providing proper orders
• Perform Daily Sales Count
• Prepare sales and cash reports
• Maintain a good customer relationship
