Handles telephone and email to internal and external staff queries.
Prepare and send product quotations for customers request.
Compile electronic and hard copy of important document for future use and reference.
Sends email for daily sales report to the showroom manager and finance.
Attends customer service training and personality development programs provided by apple and the company.

Arranges and replenishes stocks needed on the display shelf.
Ensures proper documentation of movement, issuance and transfer of merchandise and
submits daily report on time.
Keeps and file transfer papers and other documents.
Handles phone calls and stock inquiries
