As Senior Recruiter
•Performs multifaceted management of all accounts.
•Provides comprehensive consultation and recommendation on job requirements with clients, business development team and with recruitment associates.
•Manage the entire recruitment process starting from requirement request, methodical interview, offer negotiation, up to candidate mobilization.
•Provides assistance in planning and improvement of recruitment process flow.
•Oversee actual overseas recruitment campaigns with clients.
•Performs in depth orientation and briefing to newly joined employees.
•Train new recruiters and monitor performance.
•Conducts evaluation of recruitment associates on a yearly basis and upon completion of probation period.
•Liaise with the PR Department anent visa matters and other Labor related information.
•Keeping abreast of Labor rules & regulations.
•Manage employee 201 file.
•Handle all client contracts including Quotations and LPOs.
•Creates job description.
•Consistent & effective liaison between clients and candidates through written correspondence and verbal communication.
•Provides timely requests for invoice against clients upon candidate’s mobilization and issue payment requests as well.
•Provides assistance in payment collection with concerned accounts.
•Employee relations
•Timesheet Management
•Monitor contracts for all outsource employees.
•Handle contract renewal/extension and demobilization.
•Administer employee clearance.

As Recruitment / Admin Coordinator
•Proper handling and coordination with clients regarding their recruitment requirements.
•Conducts analysis on job descriptions to ensure preciseness and aptness in recruitment.
•Perform candidate search using vast medium, administer interview process, conducts interview evaluation and assist in employee orientation.
•Recruit and shortlist candidates as per client’s requirement.
•Oversee employee concerns (e.g. leaves, salaries, medical, visa, tickets, etc) of contracted staffs.
•Handles Employee evaluation.
•Close coordination with PR and Accounts Dept. anent staff issues.
•Oversee entire advertisement process.
•Works on internal personnel requisition and coordinate with the concerned department heads.
•Provides Executive Assistance to the Regional Manager and Managing Director.
•Performs high level of administrative support functions to the whole team and secondary support to the Managing Director.
•Discreet handling of highly confidential matters. Organize entire day to day office work which includes correspondence (e.g. Memos, Communication Letters, Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Contracts, and Minutes of Meeting), call screening, scheduling & planning meetings, hotel and travel arrangements, systematic filing, inter-department coordination and other related functions.
•Liaise with the key persons within the organization such as clients, suppliers/subcontractors concerning related activities.
•Proper acknowledgement and dissemination of all incoming and outgoing documents, memos as well as invoices of the company.
•Performs other ad hoc requirements.
